CSFF members,
Thank you. We had a good tour for the Lost Genre Guild at the end of December. Special thanks to those of you who participated, especially during such a busy time. On the LGG blog, they reported many positive results from the tour: http://blog.lostgenreguild.com/2009/01/cssf-tour-of-lost-genre-guild.html
Award. I have a poll up at http://rebeccaluellamiller.wordpress.com/2009/01/06/csff-top-blogger-for-december/ for you to vote on who should receive the Top Blogger award this month. Take a moment to vote for one of these eligible participants, and let me know if I missed anyone who posted all three days:

Book Offer. Our February tour is scheduled to feature Cyndere’s Midnight by Jeffrey Overstreet (WaterBrook), an adult fantasy. This is book two of The Auralia Thread series. Please let me know by Saturday, January 10, midnight Pacific time, if you would like to receive a review copy of the book.
Looking Ahead. Next week I’ll send out an email especially geared toward writers looking to bring in more blog readers. I’ll also clarify some points about opting in and out of tours and comment on post content.
Just a reminder for those of you wishing to include news in the upcoming issue of Latest In Spec, the deadline is today.
Our tentative schedule looks like this:
* January 19-21 – The Book of Names by D. Barkley Briggs (YA fantasy)
* February – Cyndere’s Midnight by Jeffrey Overstreet (adult fantasy)
* March – Hunter Brown and the Secret of the Shadow by Christopher and Allen Miller (tweener fantasy)
* April – TBA
* May – Tuck by Stephen Lawhead (adult fantasy – tentative)
